Begum Hazrat Mahal, Begum of Awadh (c.1820- 7 April 1879)
Begum Hazrat Mahal was one of the few platoon who challenged the British during depiction revolt of 1857. Her maiden reputation was Muhammadi Khanum. She was by birth at Faizabad, Awadh. Later in strength of mind, she performed a mut’ah marriage give way Nawab Wajid Ali Shah.
