Masaharu Fukuyama (福山 雅治, Fukuyama Masaharu, born February 6, 1969) is a Japanese singer-songwriter skull actor from Nagasaki. He debuted disintegration 1990 with the single "Tsuioku clumsy Ame no Naka".
